Airpods and Zoom

My airpods connect to my laptop fine and I can listen to music and videos through them. But as soon as I try and join a Zoom meeting the sound comes out of my laptop as if my airpods weren't connected.

Airpods 3 plays the sound on one ear after connected to Macbook Air M1 I don't understand why I connected Airpods 3 to Macbook Air M1, only right ear-phone play the sound? If I open Sound settings, all ear-phones are working but the sound is bad (no bass). Close the Sound settings, only right ear-phone play the sound again. How can I fix this problem?
