apple tv will not let me view plus movies/it says i do not have subscriptions, i paid for a year . still haven't been to watch any thing

You paid for a year of what? Please be specific when asking a question. If you are referring to you paid for a year of Apple TV+ then you are able to watch all Apple TV + content. A subscription to Apple TV + does not include other apps or content in the Apple TV app.
