Watch Usage numbers do not add up - please help!

I'd like to update my apple watch but I don't have enough storage.

My issue is that when I go to the usage section and add up all the listed items, it only totals to ~500MB of usage. However, the watch says that my total usage is 3.2GB. As an example, there are only 2 Apps showing usage higher than 19MB --- Mail (199MB) and Activity (197MB).

In order to free up enough storage I would practically have to eliminate all apps on the watch. I really don't think I should have to do that every time I want to update the watch software.

Any suggestions on what I should/could do outside of basically wiping the whole watch?

Something has to be using all this storage that I cannot see.

Please help!
