I cannot connect Apple TV using AirPlay

I cannot connect Apple TV using AirPlay. Each time I try to connect, I get a message that says, "There's a problem loading this Message."

iPhone SE, iOS 13

Apple TV+ won't AirPlay to my TV I have an Apple TV+ subscription, and I can view its content on all of my devices. I also have a second gen Apple TV which does everything it's supposed to, and I can airplay anything through it to my non-smart LCD television. BUT when I try to airplay Apple TV+ content through it to that television, I get error message on my device "There's a problem loading this content." Is this fixable?

Airplay problem with Apple TV+ i cannot airplay Apple TV+ from iPhone X (iOS 13) to first gen apple tv (latest update). Other video apps work fine. A generic error message “There’s a problem loading this content” is the result.
