apple tv wont connect via airplay

My 3rd generation apple tv will not connect via airplay, i tried resetting it, nad also with 4 different Iphones

Did You follow this steps regarding airplay?

Use AirPlay to stream video or mirror the screen of your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
