reachable adresses

I am trying to log in Face Time and its telling me the fallowing. This account has no reachable addresses. Please sign in order to applied.apple.com in order to add one. I logged in and did not know where to proceed from that point please help. I will like to start using FaceTime on my I Mac and its not allowing me.

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.15

If you are logged into your Apple ID, in the first section, you should see Reachable At. Click Edit and add email addresses there.
