Disabled iTunes/App Store support

My Apple iTunes account keeps saying it’s disabled. I tried changing my password and that didn’t help! I can’t update apps or download anything.

how can I fix this problem

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open.
