Backup and restore from iPhone SE > iPhone 5s

Is it possible to restore from newer version of iOS to old?

i have and iPhone SE with iOS 13, which is not supported by iPhone 5s.

Now if I backup my SE on iTunes, and try setting up new 5s, will it be allowed?

No, sorry.

Destination iPhone must run at least the same iOS version (or later) used to backup the "from" device.
