Moving ICloud Data from Apple Watch to IPhone?

I recently reset my iPhone because there was no other way to fix it. I had not backed up my previous photos and messages etc. so all was deleted from my phone. However if I look on my Apple Watch, everything is still there. Is it possible to move the photos and messages from my Apple Watch to my phone. Thanks.
