I can't preview my iphone photos on a windows laptop?

I can't preview my iphone photos on a windows laptop.

I have an app called HIEC and I can open them but I can't see a preview from outside, I have to open one by one to see what it is

I have thousands of photos and it's hard to open each photo manually

so what's the solution?
