Home sharing and Apple Music

I am an Apple Music subscriber and I currently have Home Sharing enabled on my Mac (Catalina). On my iPhone and my Apple TVs (all 4th gen) I can see my own content, but I cannot see any downloaded Apple Music content. All my devices are connected to Apple Music because I can always use the app, but I like Home Sharing because the offline characteristic of it is appealing to me. Any help would be appreciated.
