FaceTime not available

Hello I am living in Pakistan and my iPhone X is upto date (iOS 13.5.1) however, I am still not able to access or see FaceTime? I have made sure Content & Privacy Restrictions has been toggled on, camera, microphone and location services are allowed always. Yet, I am still not able to find FaceTime. It is not in my AppStore either that I could reinstall.

Any help?

That model was made for a market where FaceTime is not allowed.

You can never use FaceTime on it.

Model number: MQAF2AE/A

I bought it here from Pakistan a few years ago

I did buy it back when FaceTime was not available in Pakistan but found out recently that FaceTime is available in Pak after iOS 12.something. Thanks anyways!
