Dear Team, I have purchased iphone XR mobile in Dubai but i have been using in India last 1 year.. I’m unable to install FaceTime app or not able to find the icon of FaceTime. Please assist me on this. Thanks Prashanth

Correct, this is expected behaviour with a device from a region where FaceTime is banned or restricted. There is no way to use faceTime on that model while being used in India.
FaceTime can not be installed on that device no matter where it is used.

I had watched youtube Video where FaceTime was working(they have changed region to Egypt or Kuwait ) . I tried the same but no luck.

No. There is no legal way for you to get FaceTime on that phone in India.
