Facetime in iphone bought from dubai to be used in another country

I am currently in dubai and i want to buy an iphone 11 pro max but i also want facetime in it i will use the phone in pakistan so my question is will i get facetime on tra iphone bought from dubai apple store when i will be in pakistan me?
