No Sound on Apple TV

Is anyone else having problems with Apple TV lately? I’ve purchased two different movies in the past two days and neither have sound. It’s not my tv speakers because if I go onto Netflix or Hulu I can hear sound perfectly fine...

Apple TV no sound Hi, I have a Apple TV 4K A1842 attached to an Element flat screen TV it has been working perfectly fine until a few months ago when it doesn’t play any sound. No sound on the home page, Netflix, Prime etc. I have tried Dolby, stereo and auto settings to no prevail. Any ideas?

Please unplug the Apple TV for a minute or two and replug in and then retest.
