ERROR MESSAGE UNKNOW ERROR HAS OCCURED

MY IPAD WILL NOT CONNECT TO ITUNES AND MESSAGE POPS UP - ITUNES COULD NOT CONNECT THIS IPAD. AN UNKNOWN ERROR OCCURRED (0xE8000015). ANY ADVISE TO WHY OR WHAT TO DO? PLEASE SEND LINK WITH STEP PROCESS. THANK YOU

Try the 9 simple fixes to the error 0xE8000015:

  1. Update iTunes to the latest version.
  2. Update your iPad to the latest version of iOS.
  3. Update your computer to the latest version of macOS or Windows.
  4. Make sure your iPad is turned on.
  5. When you see the Trust this Computer notification, unlock your iPad and click Trust.
  6. Disconnect all peripheral devices except for your iPad. Try a different USB port, and then try another Apple USB cable to see whether it works.
  7. Make sure the network connection works properly on your iPad. (If WiFi is not working on your iPad, learn how to fix the issue immediately.)
  8. Make sure you have enough space left on your iPad.
  9. Restart your computer and iPad.
