iTunes only burns partial playlist - Windows 10

Purchased and downloaded a new album but when I attempt to burn the tracks to disc for the first time it won't burn the entire album (but only select items from it) even though the entire album is downloaded. Tried burning them from Windows Media Player as a workaround but oddly enough that program only recognizes the same set of songs from that album as actually existing (effectively ignoring the exact same set of songs as iTunes is currently not burning).

Current iTunes version is 12.10.7.3; currently using Windows 10 (fully updated as of 6/1/20).

Windows, Windows 10

Try playing the songs in iTunes. If a song fails to play and repeatedly asks for authorisation, that suggests that the file is faulty. The fix appears to be to delete the faulty file and download the song again.
