Apple watch recording activity but not showing on iPhone activity app

My apple watch is recording my exercise and receiving notifications fine. However on my activity app on my iPhone the data is blank for my exercise activity.

Try this first;

And if that doesn't work then unpair and re-pair the watch.

Workout app on iWatch not syncing Hi there, my workout data is recorded but the Exercise (green) ring on the activity app doesn't recognise that I've exercised. I've walked for 30 mins but the green ring says 10 mins of exercise. How is that so?
