activity data on watch not uploading to activity app on phone

My watch and phone were re-paired on a telephone call to apple yesterday, Now my watch is recording activity data but this is not showing on the activity app on my phone.

Is there something I need to re-set ?

I tried switching both off and then on again.

I tried switching off fitness tracking on the phone and then turning them off and on again.

Any more suggestions ?????
