iTunes Music Library

How do I turn off iTunes Music Library so I can sync my music to my new iPod?

I got this ipod to use where I would have no phone, no wifi, no outside connection at all but still want access to music, but when I try to download my music to the ipod itunes says "iCloud Music Library is On" and won't load my music onto my iPod

trying to get music from the apple music program to sync up to my ipod 7th gen nano i am able to transfer the files to itunes on my computer from apple music but when i try to sync my ipod it says that the files wont transfer until i have icloud music library on my ipod. where and how do i get this so i can use my ipod. im already paying $15 a month for apple music but cannot use it on the devices i specifically wanted to use it for.

iCloud and ipod touch question I am trying to sync my itunes music to my ipod touch. I have an apple music subscription so i should be able to do this. However when i try to sync music it fails telling me that i need to turn on my icloud music library on the ipod? i see no such option and the option is already checked in my general preferences on my itunes on my pc. this is ridiculous. And ive found no other topics discussing this.

See Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music - Apple Support, but turn off Sync Library instead of turning it on.
