iPhone SE won't vibrate when ringing

My new iPhone SE won't vibrate when ringing, either with the ringer on or off, even though in "Settings/Sounds & Haptics" it is set to "Vibrate on Ring" and "Vibrate on Silent"... I've got iOS 13.4.1 on it.

I restarted it and it worked.

iPhone still won’t vibrate on silent. I’ve tried the suggestions previously posted but my iPhone still won’t vibrate on ring or silent. Have there been any new suggestions?
