I logged out from my FaceTime on Mac. Then when I logged in FaceTime, it isn't activated. "This account has no reachable addresses. Please sign in to appleid.apple.com in order to add one." What should I do?

lol just restarted my Mac, and everything is ok.
Same issue on mac. Restart and shut down didn't help. I even reset my apple id across all devices. Can anyone help?

When I tried to log IN in FaceTime its saying email address cannot.Same as other concerns.
I haven't been able to set up FaceTime. I have had windows computers all my life. It's kind of frustrating to learn how to operate an apple computer.
