My apple watch’s touchscreen doesn’t work at all, I’ve tried force restart, unpairing but its done nothing. The side buttons are working but thats as far as it can go. The screen is not cracked nor was it submerged in water. Does anybody now if this can be fixed or why it is broken?

My Ipad srcreen is not responding.. At present is stack on support.apple.com with little window Could not Connect in the middle.
Can not rebut by pressing off button
