Apple Watch 6 screen not working after swimming.

Hi guys,

I wore my watch (series 6) yesterday for a short swim in the ocean and after I got out I noticed that the touch screen had stopped working. I tried to force restart it over 6 times and the problem remains.

Everything else is working normally, including the sensors, crown and side button. I simply cannot use the touch screen to use the watch as I did before.

Any ideas on what to do to fix the problem? Thank you in advance for your help.
