Do I put my old SIM card in new phone and vice versa
You can put your old SIM into a new phone, so long as it fits, and your carrier did not activate the new SIM and deactivate the old one.

And what do I do with the SIM card from the new phone? Just put it in old phone I’m trading in or keep it?
