Activity sharing screen

Activities in phone app shows sharing with friends, but does not appear on watch. How do you sync activities to app on watch?

When I go to view my friend's activity on my Apple Watch, it says "To Start Sharing your Activity, use the Activity app on your iphone." Recently, when I go to view my friend's activity on my apple watch, it says "To Start Sharing your Activity, use the Activity app on your iphone." I go to my iphone and everything is the same. I have alot of friends and I can see their activity. Why is this showing up on my apple watch? I've done a hard reset on both the watch and the phone. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Activity Sharing on Apple Watch I am unable to see my wife’s shared activity on my Apple Watch and she is unable to see mine on her Apple Watch. We both are able to see each others on the activity app on our phones. Additionally details: we are on a household / family iCloud. I have an Apple Watch ultra 2 and iPhone 15 pro. She has an Apple Watch S9 and iPhone 15 pro. Both are on most recent updates.
