Sharing activity not showing on watch

I am sharing my activity with people on my iPhone but since the latest update, it is not showing on my watch and just says “to start sharing tour activity, use the activity app on your iPhone”.

Both my phone and watch are up to date.

I cannot view my friends activity from my apple watch after ios 6 update I can no longer see my friends activity on my Apple Watch after updating to iOS 6. I tap the activity app from my watch and when swiping left it says "To start sharing your activity use the activity app on your iPhone". I tried and nothing updates. So can we no longer see it from our watch with the new update? However when I go to the apple website it gives simple instructions on how to do it, but it gives this message.

Activity sharing not working between iPhone and Apple Watch I can find the Sharing screen on the Watch in the Activity App. It says to start sharing - use the Activity App on the phone. I assume this is referring to the Activity App setting inside the Watch App? Everything is turned on. Way isn't it connecting? How can I force them to see each other? Other things like email, messages, camera etc. are all working so I know the watch and phone are connected. My husband has this set up and his works and I've compared the two but for some reason mine isn't working... The FITNESS App on the phone is stuck on the intro screen - "to use the app on your phone first set up Activity on the Apple Watch...." So there is both a Fitness App and Activity App that's not quite right at the moment.
