unrecognized purchases

I received a message about an Apple purchase with the code http://APPLE.COM/BILL 866-712-7753 with an amount of 7.99, however I do not acknowledge having made purchases recently. This has happened to me twice. please if you can help me

How did you receive a message? If this was an email, it was probably a phishing attempt to get your account info. See this to recognize legitimate mail from Apple. Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


Check your purchase history to see if there was an actual purchase made.
