Scam Apple.com/bill

First time to this forum, just asking about different payments going out my bank saying it’s from Apple.com/bill, I’ve done everything I have read , checked any purchases that may have been made , Apps ect, and it says I have no purchases. Can someone please help me, I’m 58 and have never used I tunes or anything.
