I've noticed that a a lot of my music from Itunes is no longer on my IPhone and when I connect my phone to my pc all my music doesn't transfer over

Transfer music I have all my music in my windows computer (apple music) I used to sync it with my Iphone 7, I bought a newer iphone (xr) and my music is gone, I can only play what I bought through itunes! Do have "Entire music library" under "Sync Music" enabled? See step 3 in:

Use iTunes to sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod with your computer - Apple Support
