I've noticed that a a lot of my music from Itunes is no longer on my IPhone and when I connect my phone to my pc all my music doesn't transfer over

Do have "Entire music library" under "Sync Music" enabled? See step 3 in:

Use iTunes to sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod with your computer - Apple Support
