catalina on a mac mini

I have a late 2012 mac mini and tried to update to catalina because apparently i should be able to. It said it downloaded but catalina was nowhere to be found...no message nothing.

Mac mini not osxserver

OS X Server (Mavericks)

Go to your Applications Folder and look for the macOS Catalina Installer.

Did you look in your Applications folder for the installer named "Install Mac OS Catalina"?
