No servers in list

Many of these are automatically set up.

You can always delete the account and add it back in. Use the "Other" category to side step the auto set up.

One trick i f necessary put in a bogus email address that does not resolve— in this way the setup will present you with more options, including adding in a SMTP server settings

You will have to get instructions from your e-mail provider for what values you should use.
