Problem Listing my Podbean podcast

Please help. I've adjusted the image from a png to jpg and made sure it is 1417x1400 within required limits. I've removed hashtags from title as that was also suggested a factor that may result in rejection

Error Message: Podcast artwork must be between 1400 x 1400 and 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests.

Your image is as you say 1417 x 1400 px: it must be square. It's also greyscale: it must be RGB (even though in fact it's simply black and white).
