Podcast artwork error

Hello - I'm trying to submit to iTunes a podcast I uploaded on Podbean. I've made sure the artwork image (jpeg) is between 1400 x 1400 and 3000 x 3000 pixels. Does Podbean potentially reduce the size of images when I submit them? Not sure why I keep getting this error:

"Podcast artwork must be between 1400 x 1400 and 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests."

Your image is 1709 x 1708 px and it that single pixel which is causing the trouble - the image must be square. Apart from that it's OK - the file size has to be less than 500kB and it is.
