My account was hacked yesterday

Dear Apple Support


My account was loggedin without my knowledge. Somebody hacked my account and accessed my imessages. I am not able to login to my iphone to set the two factor authentication. Please help me asap and set a two factor authentication for me.


Your Apple ID was used to sign in to iMessage on a MacBook Pro 13" named “bkxlXa88”.Date and Time: 5 April 2020, 8:54 pm PDT

We can't set it up for you. Sign into Apple ID: Your Account for Everything Apple  https://appleid.apple.com/#!&page=signin and turn 2-factor authentication on.

Why can't you log into your phone? What happens when you try? Error message(s)? Have you tried resetting your password?


Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.

If necessary, if you are the original owner, contact Apple ID Support. They will need to see the original purchase receipt with the serial number/paperwork.

My account's username for instance is uname@gmail.com. In my phone it is set with uname@icloud.com. I have checked, I never set this new username as an alias. When I enter the password, it gives verification error because my real password for my username does not match with this new username's password.

And I can't signout for the same reason. When I sign out, my phone asks for the password of uname@icloud.com.


I can't go to apple store because of corona virus. So, please help me here.
