Apple TV black screen after pressing "menu" of "home"

When I power up the Apple TV it usually will show a black screen for a couple of seconds when I press the "menu" or "home" button, after showing the normal screen it usually is the same screen as before I pressed the buttons.

Does anybody know what the problem could be?
