I am begging you for help

I need urgent information and help. My child using iTunes made a bill of over 700 pounds without my knowledge. All purchases were added to my o2 account and deducted from my bank account yesterday, after this transaction I have a negative balance - £ 234. I don't know what to do now, we haven't been working for 2 weeks because of coronavirus, the balance is negative and I'm a single mother. My child has his phone which I pay monthly on the o2 network. The phone was not secured in any way and I know it's ridiculous but I didn't even know that in this way you can use iTunes or any service - I mean making a purchase on iTunes and charging a bill on my mobile phone bill. Can any of you help me? Is there any option to ask Apple for a refund?

Purchases are obviously considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on ‘Get support’)

Quick update to this case/post. I wrote this post above in behalf of my good friend who need advise ASAP please. She lost all money in one day etc. She's struggling now tbh. So dear forum friends, could you please help her? If you have any information what to do or what's the chance to claim over £700 back from Apple... I will be very grateful for any hint
