Cannot update Apps iPad Mini4 using App store

Before installing 13.4 (28 March 2020), I could not update Apps using iPad Mini4 using App store. Have installed update 13.4 and still cannot. What's going on Apple!! Tried all suggestions but nothing seems to work to resolve this issue. Can anyone else help me please?

Hi Picas, Purr...fect. Not sure why this should fix it but all apps have now been updated.

Have you tried deleting an app and reinstalling it?
