I can’t update my phone

My phone won’t update, my phone says I’m not connected to the internet but I definitely am.

iPhone 7, iOS 12

It may just be that the internet servers are overloaded right now given our unique situation. My suggestion is to be patient and try again. You can also check the steps in this article:
