Updated to 13.4 last night. Went to open the Photos app on my 11” iPad Pro this evening. Photos app loads for about 2 seconds and quits. Crashes every time. Rebooted the iPad, and it still crashes. Anyone else with this problem? I have not seen any posts about this problem yet. I plan on submitting a report to Apple.

Try resetting iPad's settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.

Your suggestion worked, and Photos would load without any problems. However, I noticed weird quirks in other apps. This was not happening in 13.3.1 or earlier. I decided to do a restore, with the backup I made just prior to updating to 13.4. Seems to be working much better. Something must have gotten corrupted during the upgrade.
