iCloud payment

So, I am from Mexico and used to have 18 pesos, which is a little bit less than 2 USD on my balance because I used to (looong ago) purchase albums on iTunes, but those 2 usd are the remaining bits.

I've recently moved to another country and when I want to charge the iCloud payment to my card (from this new country) it says I must spend all my balance before I can change stores.

Nothing costs exactly 18 pesos, so I can't spend it!

Help :( I rely on iCloud a loooot

Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a credit card to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
