Can not download ANY app via cellular data

Hi!


I've run into a problem with my iphone 6s which has served me very well all these years. Problem is - i can not download any app from Appstore via cellular data, when i press on "Get" button, it thinks for a short moment and then button goes back to "Get" and nothing happens.

When I use WiFi - no problem. I can download and install all apps. It means that this is not problem with storage.

Today I found out that there is other things I can not do with cellular data - when in Apple ID, i can not Open Payments & Shipping, it shows "Loading Payments" and then goes to "We've run into a problem. Please try again later." Again - there is no such problem when i do the same action via WiFi.


What is this? Mobile operator problem? Still all web pages works fine via cellular.

It's important that you're able to connect to and use cellular data when you need it. I would be happy to help point you towards a resolution.


Let's start by going to Settings > Cellular. Scroll down to App Store in the list of apps, then ensure cellular data is enabled for the App Store. If you're running iOS 13 or later, I'd also like to have you go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options, then turn off Low Data Mode if it's enabled. Next, try the following:


  1. Ensure your iPhone has been updated to the latest iOS: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
  2. Check if there's an available carrier settings update you can install: Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad
  3. Restart the iPhone: Restart your iPhone


If you're still unable to access certain settings or download apps over cellular data, the next step would be to go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will reset Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, VPN, and APN settings that you've used before. Keep us posted on the results.

Thanks for getting back to us. Do you have any profiles installed on the iPhone? If so, we'll want to test if you're still experiencing the issue after removing the profile:
