How can I transfer a backup to a new phone?

I just bought an iPhone 6s for my mum. I saved a backup from her old Huawei on my Mac. How can I transfer the backup from the new phone?? Thanks!!

You can't.

You can not restore a backup of an Android device to an iOS device.
