how do I use a backup on my Mac and transfer it to a new phone?

I just broke my phone and I backed it up onto my Mac, how do I transfer that data when I get a new phone

You connect the iPhone to the Mac and restore to that backup. Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
