Lost text messages

If you have a recent backup of your messages (created before you deleted them), you can restore data from that backup, keeping in mind that all data are overwritten on your iPhone.

If you don't have that backup, those messages are gone.

The only thing you can try is to contact your correspondent(s) and ask them to re-send you those messages.

Contacting your Carrier:

I don't know if this would be an available option, but contact your carrier. See if they can recovery something for you. It's worth a go.
