Can’t get refund from Apple

I am trying to get a refund for a app I purchased that didn’t work. I requested one, but got declined. I have tried twice, and Apple still hasn’t confirm my refund request. I paid $2 for this app, and am very frustrated that I couldn’t get my money back. Does anyone have any solutions for this problem?

Technically, all app sales are final. Apple is not obligated to give you a refund. I'd suggest leaving a review for the app that didn't work, maybe reaching out to the developer. But, by now, you've wasted far more than $2 worth of your time trying to get a refund. I'd say it's time to write it off.
