can not get a refund from the app

Hi,

Does anybody know how to get a refund from the ''Elevate'' app. I was trying to report a problem and got the answer: ''We've determined that your purchase does not meet the conditions for a refund''.

Is that possible at all? I didn't give a consent to this purchase and don't plan to use this app.

Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try contact iTunes Support via and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
