Catalina upgrade issue with MAC OS Mojave 10.14.6

I have an iMac Retina 5K 27", 3.8GH Intel Core i5, 64GB Ram, 2T Fusion Storage, currently running MAC OS Mojave 10.14.6. I can't upgrade to IOS Catalina because Software Upgrade says I am up to date with Mojave 10.14.6. I tried to get the Catalina from the Apps Store but it always opens the software update window, which yields the same outcome every time that said "the requested version of MAC OS is not available" (see attached screenshot picure). What's the problem?
