Apple Watch Reset

How to I FULLY reset my Apple Watch (series 3) from iPhone. I plan on getting a new one so I’m selling my 3. I want to make sure that it’s complete ready for a different user to set up with their phone without any trouble of my personal information or iCloud lock on it. Please help!
